DAY-OF COORDINATOR

Although the title is “Day-of” we prefer to come in at least a month before your big day. Connect us with your secured vendors and let us take over communication so you can focus on the more important things, like what you’re wearing on your honeymoon! Some of the items included are:
• Take over of vendor communication four weeks before

• Day-of Timeline
• Oversight of timeline management and execution
• Coordination of set up and clean up

+ What if I don’t see a pricing package that fits my needs?
Although we have our base prices listed above, we have found that every couple’s vision is unique, so please reach out to discuss yours. In most cases, we can create a custom package that checks all of your boxes.
+ Do you travel?
Yes, we do! We are based in Denver, Colorado, so if your event is further than 100 miles from Denver, there will be a travel fee that will include any mileage, lodging, plane tickets, etc. This amount will be included on the quote we supply for you so there are no unexpected charges in the end.
+ How do I secure my Event date?
If we are available for your requested date, we will set up a meeting to learn more about you, your love story and your vision for the big day. Based on the level of support you are looking for, we will create a customized quote and send it your way. If you are ready to move forward, you will need to put down a 30% deposit and sign a contract to fully secure your date!
+ Do you do other events besides Weddings?
Yes, we do! While we love love and weddings are our speciality, we are also able to plan any other event life may bring. From birthday parties to corporate events, we plan them all with the same love and attention to detail we use to plan our weddings.
